Brad Bergstrom was born and raised in Mallard, IA and graduated from Mallard Community School in 1984. After graduation, Brad moved to Sioux City and attended Briar Cliff College. While attending college, he worked at a discount lumber outlet, where he acquired knowledge about building and materials. In 1991, he graduated from Briar Cliff. Since graduation, he has held technical, marketing and management positions at Marian Health Center, Sam's Club, Western States Manufacturing and O'Reilly Auto Parts. In 1993, he started working in property management, overseeing B&H properties and started focusing on getting his real estate license. He has now been selling real estate for several years and owns and manages several investment properties.

I know probably half the realtors in Sioux City, I like Brad because of his technical knowledge, and his intelligence as an investor. He was very patient with dealing on difficult purchases from Fannie Mae properties. He followed through at the right time, and worked well with me, and I would consider myself hard to deal with. After closing on the property he helped me with cutting the bolts off the locks, and then gave me new locks. He then had a couple plumbing fittings that were missing from the washing machine. I would recommend Brad to anyone who wants to work with a real and honest guy with a lot of experience in real estate.
